Maryam & Azhar – Woburn Abbey Wedding Photos
This is the wonderful wedding of Maryam & Azhar that we photographed in the winter. The wedding celebrations were held over several days in Buckinghamshire, London at Pitzhanger Manor and the beautiful Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire.
Azhar’s sister had organised a Mendhi in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire for family and some close friends.
The following week we travelled to London for the ceremony at Pitzhanger Manor in Ealing. This stunning Grade 1 listed manor house is nestled in Walpole Park. The architecture was the perfect backdrop for Maryam and Azhar’s Nikkah cermony which was very intimate.
The next weekend brought us to Woburn Abbey. This is one of the most stunning venues we have had the privilege to photograph at. This beautiful place was were Maryam & Azhar held their Walima. They arrived together and walked in procession with family behind some traditional drummers. Guests were seated in the Sculpture Gallery to welcome them and enjoy dinner. The Sculpture Gallery overlooks the Camellia Lake and private gardens. A truly idyllic setting.
We loved working alongside the superbly talented Pete James of Engage Cinema assisted by Adrian Thomas. They were a pleasure to be around and the cinematic film they produced for Maryam & Azhar was stunning.
